Vertigo, common with increased muscle tension.
Vertigo and loss of balance is often caused by chronic tension in the neck, the muscles attached to the joints we use to twist, nod and rotate our head (see animation). People suffering from vertigo are often aware that movements with their head activates vertigo (dizziness). The fear of developing the dizziness means that many do not dare to looking up or fast aside. If you recognize yourself in the description, your vertigo (dizziness) is likely to be somatic and treatable.
