People with vertigo (dizziness) and tinnitus usually describe that they have a pain condition similar to those described in the picture (See animation) Everyone obviously does not have the same pain, but it is striking how many are bothered by pain/tension in the neck together with pain in the jaws, ear aches and headache.
Migraines are a more intense headache that occurs in attacks. There is effective medicine for migraines to help with the symptoms during a seizure or under the attack. If your headache/migraine starts from the neck, it is likely that muscle tension causes pain that spreads across the head. Headache caused by muscle tension can be treated.
Do you recognize yourself in this description, your pain is probably somatic, stress-related and treatable.
